Join us for a fun event at a meet & greet event at Hot Worx plus a demo of Energy Medicine yoga, meditation and mini sound bath! There will be other local wellness practitioners there, including PT/Chiropractor providing tips and exercsises to implement on the spot.

Demo is at 6 PM. This is a complimentary (free) community event. Bring your friends!
